RoyalPop sells watches represented as authentic. Each listing should identify the product reference and the packaging or documentation included with that specific piece.

Before Purchase

Customers may request current product photos, serial details, packaging information, and available purchase documentation before paying. Documentation is included only when stated for the specific item.

Making an Authenticity Claim

• Contact support with the order number and a clear description of the concern.
• Provide relevant photos, documents, or a written assessment supporting the claim.
• Keep the watch and all packaging in the condition available when the concern was discovered.
• Do not send the watch back until return instructions have been provided.

Review & Resolution

Authenticity claims are reviewed separately from change-of-mind returns. The watch may require inspection before a claim is approved. If a watch is proven inauthentic, RoyalPop will provide a full refund for the item according to this guarantee.
